Welcome to Go Home Best Packers and Movers. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and related offerings. Go Home Best Packers and Movers offers comprehensive moving services, including but not limited to household goods shifting, local and interstate relocation, bike and car transportation, packing, loading, unloading, and warehousing. Our services may also include insurance coverage, real-time tracking, and door-to-door delivery.

All services are provided subject to availability, applicable laws, and these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend any services without prior notice, including temporary suspensions for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

03. Booking and Payments

Clients must book services through our official website, customer support, or authorized agents. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Go Home Best. A valid booking requires the provision of accurate and complete information, including the nature of goods, pick-up and drop-off locations, preferred dates, and contact details.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Clients may be required to pay a deposit or full payment in advance. Accepted payment methods include online banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, or other payment gateways. Late payments or failed transactions may result in service delays or cancellations.

04. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that all items are ready for transport on the scheduled date and provide accurate descriptions of the goods, including dimensions, weight, and fragility. Any items requiring special handling or hazardous materials must be clearly communicated.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that access routes, parking spaces, and building regulations permit safe loading and unloading. Go Home Best will not be held responsible for delays or damages caused by restricted access, improper packing by the client, or failure to comply with applicable local laws.

05. Packing and Handling

Our team uses high-quality packing materials, crates, and protective covers to safeguard goods during transit. Fragile items such as glassware, electronics, and antiques will be packed with extra care. While we take all reasonable measures to protect your belongings, clients are encouraged to declare and insure valuable or fragile items separately.

Go Home Best is not liable for items that are improperly packed or prepared by the client. Any loss or damage arising from inadequate client packing is the responsibility of the client.

06. Transportation and Delivery

All transportation will be carried out using vehicles suitable for the type of goods being moved. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. Go Home Best will communicate any significant delays to the client promptly.

Clients are responsible for inspecting delivered items immediately upon receipt. Any damage, loss, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours. Failure to report within this time frame may limit our liability.

07. Insurance and Liability

Go Home Best offers optional insurance coverage for goods during transit. Clients are encouraged to purchase insurance for high-value or fragile items. Insurance policies, terms, and claims procedures will be communicated separately at the time of booking.

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods or the insured amount, whichever is higher. Go Home Best shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transportation.

08. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund of the advance paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee, as communicated at the time of booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Go Home Best reserves the right to refuse refunds in case of fraudulent or non-compliant bookings.

09. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the company’s registered office.

Clients are encouraged to contact our customer support for resolution of disputes before initiating legal proceedings. Go Home Best strives to resolve complaints amicably and fairly in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Go Home Best respects client privacy and ensures that all personal information collected during service booking and website usage is protected. Personal data will only be used for providing services, billing, and communication purposes.

We do not sell or share client data with third parties except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as insurance verification or transportation logistics.

Go Home Best reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed about changes. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Home Best shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the direct value of the goods or service fees paid.

Go Home Best shall not be liable for delays, damages, or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.
